Area meetings are held at Burnmoor Cricket Club in Burnmoor, near Chester-le-Street, County Durham, DH4 6EX, on the first Wednesday of each month, starting at 8pm. Meetings are well attended with Delegates representing 19 Clubs, on average. If your Club is not represented, then please come along and check out the topics for discussion first hand. Your contribution will be appreciated, though it must be noted that only Club Delegates may propose items and vote at Area Meetings.

If a Club member has any matter that they wish to be raised at an Area Meeting, they should contact their own Club Delegate in the first instance. From there, the Club Delegate should attend the next Area Meeting where they can bring the matter up for discussion, then relay the outcome directly back to their Club.
For Country members, i.e. those who are in the BMFA but not in a club, please contact the Area Secretary or the BMFA office.
