A general fly-in for all types of Radio Controlled models under 20Kg (BMFA B Certificate required for any models over 7.5Kg and all Jets) hosted by the Area 51 club and open to all BMFA members. In addition the sports field will be available for control line and free flight and “light” radio controlled models. A BMFA North East Area competition for the Brian Park Memorial Trophy. Full details to be confirmed but it is likely to be a general fly-in for all types of models with the trophy awarded to the attendee who flies the largest number of different model types during the day, as was the late Brian’s forte.
