Events

Washington MFC indoor sessions are normally held on the second and fourth Saturdays each month, however due to the venue being unavailable they will be on the first and third Saturday until the end of December. We apologise for the clash of dates with the Peterlee RMC events that are on the same day, however for those that want a full day of flying it is possible to do both as they are at different times.  Please check with the organiser before travelling to confirm the event is definitely on. Please note that their is a minimum charge of £5.00 for pilots to cover the cost of hiring the venue, should the numbers attending not cover the cost of the hall then the organisers reserve the right to increase this amount. There is no charge for spectators.

A training session for the UK F2D Combat team with the added bonus of the main runway being available for radio control model flying. Please contact the organiser for confirmation that the event is definitely on before travelling.

A national competition open to all BMFA members for vintage control line combat models. In addition the main runway will be available for general R/C model flying. Further details to be added. Please contact the organiser before travelling as this is the reserve date for the competition so may not be used.
