Washington MFC indoor sessions are held on the second and fourth Saturdays each month. Please check with the organiser before travelling to confirm the event is definitely on. Please note that their is a minimum charge of £5.00 for pilots to cover the cost of hiring the venue, should the numbers attending not cover the cost of the hall then the organisers reserve the right to increase this amount. There is no charge for spectators.
A general fly-in for all types of Radio Controlled models under 20Kg (BMFA B Certificate required for any models over 7.5Kg and all Jets) hosted by the Peterlee RMC and open to all BMFA members. In addition the sports field will be available for control line and free flight and “light” radio controlled models. All members of BMFA are welcome to this fly-in hosted by the Glenluce & Galloway Flyers. Every type of model is welcome (under 20Kg), electric, glow, petrol and turbine (BMFA B Certificate required for any models over 7.5Kg and all Jets). The sports field will also be available for control line, free flight and “light” R/C models. Pilots Briefing at 10am. Please do not arrive too early as the organiser has a long way to come. We hope to have lots of fun until the afternoon.
